Steamed green beans with a TJ’s veggie masala burger with an egg on top.
The veggie burger is potatoes, carrots, and breadcrumbs, a few other vegetables… It’s not very high in protien (2g) though I like that it is low in calories (120) and sugar (1g). I brown it in a pan with a little olive oil and then crack an egg on top. SO GOOD.
